We offer three options for your care-giver needs including full-time, part-time, and summer nannies.
A full-time nanny is an integral part of the family and is responsible for all duties related to the children as described in the individual job description and works at least 30 hours a week.
A part-time nanny has the same expectations and qualifications of a full-time nanny but works less than 30 hours a week. This is common placement for after-school help.
A Summer nanny has the same expectations and qualifications of a full-time nanny but is brought on to help after school gets out in June until schools start again in September. Average summer placement is 2.5-3 months.

How It Works
Cloud9 wants to get to know you, your family and understand your family dynamic. We also help build your job description to attract the perfect nanny.
We screen a plethora of candidates and present the top three to you. Each candidate profile includes their resume, matchmaking summary and one complete reference check or letter of recommendation.
We set up interviews with each candidate that take place either in your home or over the phone – whichever is more convenient for you.
Invite the final candidates to an interactive meeting with you and the children to get to know one another. (Each candidate will need to be paid for their time)
Once we identify the perfect fit we complete the reference and background checks. In addition, we work with you to create an offer and agreement to present to the nanny.>
We check-in within the first month of employment to ensure that expectations are being met and both you and your nanny are #oncloud9.
